* Keep calendars for recruiting
* Match schools to Units
* Watch for new schools to set up roundups and SNFS.
* Recruit team members for help with Race to Scouting.

WEBELOS TRANSITION CHAIR

* Build relationship between Packs & Troops
* Track Webelos 2 ready to cross
* Watch day camp attendees
* Work towards 100% Webelos transition to Boy Scouts
* Make flyer/brochure for joining Boy Scouts to give to Webelos

BOY SCOUT RECRUITING CHAIR

* Target middle & high schools
* Develop new boy recruiting for Boy Scouts and Venturers
* Meet with principals or email key contacts to get into schools
* Keep record of all schools
* Have open house to display Boy Scouts activities
