I have been an active volunteer with the Boys Scouts of America since 1979 and you'll find a number of links on my page to various Scouting resources on the internet. I am currently active as the Communications Chairman for the Button Gwinnett District of the Atlanta Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. I also serve on the Advancement Committe of the Hightower Trails District. Another great place for scouting info is the U.S. Scouting Service Project  which has evloved into the premiere clearinghouse for BSA Scouting on the Web. There are quite a few web sites with information about Scouting around the World and you'll also find a link for a good starting point for World Wide Scouting. 
I am a Methodist, and have found that Scouting and the Methodist Church work well together, and there is even a Web site devoted to Scouting in the United Methodist Church.
